Location

This residence enjoys an excellent location in the commercial area of the city centre, between the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne (100 m) and the Cité des Congrès. Guests will find bars, nightspots, and shops all in the immediate vicinity of the establishment. It is 2 minutes' walk from the tram stop, a 15-minute walk from the bus station and 10 km from Nantes Airport.

Facility

82 rooms, including 7 apartments and 65 studios, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine.
