This company Qualys ran a totally fraudulent transaction on my bank card for $500+ and I can't get it back. They have ignored all of my emails. Do not give them your card details. Perfect location, perfect quiet room/ mini apartment for two kids and two adults, nice employees, good breakfast. Situated at the heart of Nancy, within easy reach of train station or tram network outside the door! The hotel was better than expected, certainly better than another not too far away. All staff there showed their professionalism shine through, yet made us feel relaxed. We took photos of the very small, but serviceable elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor and the view was okay. Breakfast was exceptional and the reception desk was very accommodating. The reception was ok but the room no, with a view on a black dirty wall, very noisy and full of mosquitos. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom clean with useful tools. The lift was too old and very noisy. The all is too narrow and not in line with modern uses, the same for the hall of each floor.
