I arrived on Saturday, 18th July, to be greeted by the two girls on reception. Super efficient and very friendly. Being English, they translated everything for me. The rooms are clean, everything you need - no kettle in rooms but coffee machine and tea downstairs. Nice shower gel supplied. Tv does have BBC 1 & 2 plus CBBC. , hairdryer, iron supplied. Hotel is situated about a 6 minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a bus from outside the airport to St Louis train station then get a 604 bus to Croisee Des Lys then its a couple of mins walk. Clean hotel, friendly staff. There’s no shuttle from the airport despite what is advertised by the hotel.Besides this, the hotel is fine, rooms very basic but clean and the staff was friendly.
