Another great stay

We stayed here for the second time in a few years. Our experience over five nights was excellent, even though the hotel was full for a few of those. It was always quiet and comfortable. Our room had many outlets including USB and many lights so we could have the room as bright or as cozy as we wanted. We included breakfast in our stay and it was always very complete, fresh, and well serviced by efficient and hard working staff. Reception was also well run and had no trouble with our requests. The location is quiet, but very close to a selection of restaurants as well as an easy walk to the train station or central area with many services including excellent public transport. For all this, the price was very reasonable, less than I would have guessed.

Stayed here 1 night. I was expecting that there might be parking near the hotel (probably my mistake), but the parking is in the street or at the train station. The check in was easy and the person at the desk was very helpful.Room was very clean and the beds comfy, just wish the black out curtains worked better to actually keep the light out when trying to sleep, they fall short of the entire window edges.Bath and shower were very nice and everything worked nicely.The neighborhood seemed ok, though I wouldn’t trust much.

Great hotel, excellent customer service, good breakfast, super comfortable beds and room.The sheets of the bed are amazingly soft and we could rest and sleep good after a long road trip.Pets friendly and great location surrounded by good restaurants. Great value for money. We could not ask for more.

I stayed recently with my husband and son and we had a reasonable enough stay.The room itself was on the small side but comfortable and clean. We were grateful for the air con and tea making facilities. There was also plenty of storage space which was great. The bathroom was a bit disappointing. It was quite a tight space with a shower over the bath, but unfortunately one of those shower heads that just slides down the pole which was frustrating. There was also an issue with the hot water whilst we were there, which wasn't great but these things happen.The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of choice but decent enough. One morning a staff member did say to us if there was anything we wanted which wasn't out then to let him know and he would see what he could do. This was appreciated. One morning however the apple juice and the flavoured yoghurts ran out but we couldn't see anyone to ask.The staff were all very pleasant. Not overly chatty but they always said hello and acknowledged us. The location was probably the best thing about this hotel. It's a 5 min walk to the train station which was ideal for us. There's also lots of places to eat nearby.

The condition of Best Western Hotel De La Bourse is quite concerning as it appears to be in a state of decay. A clear indication was the front entry's filthy carpet, which immediately set a negative tone. Additionally, the woman at the reception displayed a somewhat indifferent attitude, making it challenging to get answers without a sigh. The room itself seems outdated, contributing to an overall lackluster experience. While the bed was acceptable, these issues suggest the hotel may not meet expectations. Consideration of alternative accommodations might be worth exploring for a more enjoyable stay.
