Found by chance but such a beautiful quiet place and fantastic price point for the luxury. Helpful staff, very comfy bed, fabulous spa with pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Comfortable hotel in a good location when traveling from the Netherlands to Switzerland. Hotel is relatively quiet. Breakfast was good, good variety. Shower was good, great water pressure. The hotel was very very warm. We slept with the window open and were still too hot and it was around 0 in the night. Very small room almost entirely filled with an excellent huge double bed. Bathroom very small. Service on the terrace very slow and als dinner service very slow. Our waitress was really friendly and efficient and the starter was lovely.The problems began when we received our main course. It was cold. We had both ordered the steak medium with chips. The food in the restaurant was fantastic! The staff were excellent and very attentive. We would recommend to anybody travelling and visiting the area. There is a good choice of wine.
