We have been staying at this hotel every year for at least the past five years, and it has definitely become our go-to place. At the time of booking the only option was to pay in full. By the time we arrived the rooms could be booked for £700 less! This is unethical. Leila the receptionists shouted at anyone not French and was unhelpful with any request including asking whether you need to book for dinner or where can we leave wheelchairs. The breakfast staff were grumpy and you had to ask for plates to be refilled which… At the time of booking the only option was to pay in full. Unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends. When I had booked my rooms, I enquired about parking. I was told parking was 15 euros, which I thought was satisfactory.
