Very good hotel with superb location but offering mediocre breakfast.
An excellent Hotel with a suberb Location, very close to the Sanctuary and offering „panoramic“ views from our balcony. The only criticism is that breakfast, at €18 each, was not good value for money considering the limited range of choices and mediocre quality. Excellent location/Comfy Room - Worst internet/Room key issue
Plus(+) : Appearance of the hotel from the outside looks cool and very close to the gate of Lourdes. Beds are too small which might be an issue to others but it was comfortable.Negative(-): First - Worst wifi/internet which was important to us. Second - several visits (six times) back to the front desk since the hotel key was de-magnetized! Good place, poor service
The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the first night there was no hot water in the bathroom. It was fixed after half an hour. The water only came out half way from both sides of the shower because it was so limescaled. I had to call the hotel at 3am as stated when booking because the receptionist was not there.
