Lourdes' shrines are just a few steps from the hotel so that guests are able to visit several times a day on foot, without need of a car. Due to the fact that the establishment overlooks Bernadette Soubirous Avenue and is close to the Pont Vieux, it finds itself at the heart of life in Lourdes (banks, pharmacies, bars, shops, ice-cream parlours, and bookshops). The train station is approximately 1.5 km away. Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées Airport is about 15 km away and Pau Pyrénées Airport is about 45 km from the hotel.

While two other solo travelers in my group were randomly upgraded to nice views, I was assigned a dark, severely outdated room. it is far from a 4 star hotel food is awful so many people were sick with cramps and vomiting. I was sharing a room with my friend it was so small we asked for a bigger room we were told we were in the biggest room but after a delay we had to stay another night and we got a much bigger room staff in the restaurant are so rude.
