I rented an apartment hotel at this establishment, what a shame, it does not correspond at all to the booking photos, I asked the manager of the premises to change my apartment, which was done, I made a scene, but the worst part is that I got an apartment that was just as disgusting, if not worse, plus upon arrival 103 € in tax + a dog for 2 people, the problem is not the tax fees, it is the disgu… I rented an apartment hotel at this establishment, what a shame, it does not correspond at all to the booking photos, I asked the manager of the premises to change my apartment, which was done, I made a scene, but the worst part is that I got an apartment that…

The apartment is comfortable however we were woken up by the housekeepers who allow themselves to come home at 8am and wake up my daughter. Please AVOID. Staff are rude and are not welcoming. Stayed with family over 2 days. Poor customer service, very rude and hardly anyone working at reception. No one cleaned the rooms or topped up anything. Rooms are very poorly maintained and lots of stains on the sofa and the bathroom floors had lots of hair and dirt before we arrived. Zenitude Lorda is a good Aparthotel, little less than One Kilometer from the Sanctuary. Rooms are of different sizes, We go a smallish room. Room was well equipped as promised, with a small kitchenette and sufficient Crockery Cutlery and Equipment.Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly.Only negative was that the room we got had a Deep Bathtub - unsuitable for senior citizens.Zenitude Lorda is a good Aparthotel, little less than One Kilometer from the Sanctuary. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and also multilingual. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern, clean and we particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the room window.
