    This excuse for accommodation should be avoided at all costs. The room was dirty and very dilapidated. Pool looked lovely but had a blocked drain at entrance, utterly filthy. Was booked in for 7 days, tried to get alternate accommodation on day one. Ended up having to stay one night. Got booked into a decent hotel next day, which was amazing. Honestly AVOID!!!!!!!

    We stayed here for three nights and found everything perfect for us.Nazime and his reception staff were friendly and efficient.The apartment was very clean with a small kitchen area.The bathroom was perfect with a good shower and bath in it.The bedroom was a decent size with a very comfortable bed.We had a balcony with views onto the neighbouring chateau. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers. The complex is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of La Rochelle. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning again.

    Recently cancelled my reservation with this hotel, which has a two week cancellation period. Missed the deadline by two hours on a Sunday evening, (8.00 p.m. instead of 6.00 p.m.) as there was no answer from their hotel phones. Tried calling them repeatedly and ended up emailing. This hotel has charged me the full rate, and refuse to acknowledge that their establishment made a cancellation impossible. How can someone cancel when there is no one to answer the phone?????? Lack of customer engagement was shocking..... Buyer Beware

    A great place to stay the night before the airport. Friendly staff, nice pool and lovely grounds. Breakfast the next morning was good with a selection of options that would suit most people. Nice coffee too!
