Found by chance but would visit again with pleasure
Car problems led to an unplanned stop in Cognac and we found this place on foot. They have ground floor rooms on a delightful courtyard and the effect is charming. The room was comfortable and the staff went to great trouble to try to solve our problem. Absolutely loved our stay here. All staff were happy and friendly and it feels as though everything is cared about from the cleaning, general look of the place and furnishings to the breakfast. The location is excellent, we parked the car opposite the hotel on the Friday evening when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left on the Sunday morning. Nice little hotel in Cognac, the room was very clean and had air conditioning which we needed as the temperature was up in the 40’s that day. The bathroom and the toilet were a little small. The breakfast was self service and had a good selection,you could take your trays out to the courtyard and eat there. Small room, good location
The Hotel is located in the center. So location wise excellent. the room was on the small side and not even a small fridge to keep things. the staff was nice and helpful. Parking was fairly easy at the door.The Hotel is located in the center. Was pleasantly surprised with hotel . Although the room we had was very cosy in size it was clean & the owners were very pleasant . We dined at a local restaurant which they suggested which unfortunately was a bad choice ! The bed was very comfortable with very quiet a/c . The breakfast , what breakfast ?
