First, the hotel staff were uncooperative and did not support the hotel residents with any complaints. The breakfast options were very limited, with not many choices available. Additionally, for the last two days, I suffered from not having hot water in my bathroom for showering.

We stayed in at THE ORIGINALS Hotel Saint-Martin-d'Hères for several days and were very satisfied with our experience.The room was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect - it's right next to the tram stop, so we could easily get to the University in just 4 minutes. It's also less than half an hour to the beautiful city of Grenoble.The hotel is also very conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants, making it an ideal place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area. The combination of the comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and excellent location made it a wonderful stay.

Great Place For Long Term Stay

I slept here for a total of 28 nights from May to June and the experience was very pleasant. The staff is ver accommodating for an apartment-hotel property, whatever you need whether it is a heater or fan the reception will be willing to help you. They also greet everyone every time you walk through the front door. The cleaning services are also fairly good if you ask for extra towels you will get them. Overall would recommend this hotel if you are in Grenoble for a longer more extended stay and you don't want to pay much more for some luxury hotel in the city. Comfort Suites may not be in the city centre but it is well worth what you pay for.

Amazing staff and customer service! This is a nice new hotel. The professional staff are so friendly when coming in after a long day of business. My 73 year old mother traveled with me and the hotel had one elevator down while we were onsite. The staff assisted my mother downstairs as she was uneasy taking the elevator downstairs due to the service of the elevators not working correctly. This was no problem during our stay as the elevator did full function but was slow at times due to others leaving the in the morning 0800 hours. Everyone here is nice, passionate, and caring about the guest staying at the hotel. Thank you fur an enjoyable week.

Practical hotel for a business stay

I slept 2 nights in this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located out of the town near university campus, but city centre can be easily reached by tram C with a stop close to the hotel.Room is spacious with a little kitchen; on the 5th floor I had a nice view fo the surrounding.Even bathroom was quite large.Hotel offers breakfast which is relatively simple but comfortable especially if you wish to have something fast before going to workStaff were quite helpful, we asked directions for restaurant and for going to city centre.
