Good value for the price I paid. The studios are fully equiped. I slept very well during my stay. The internet was fast. There's a TV but the list of channels is limited for non french speakers. I stayed here for two weeks and all the receptionists that I interacted with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a kitchenette that even included a dishwasher. There was plenty of closet space and it was clean. The main room contained what I believe was a queen size bed and a good size desk and chair.
