Location

Situated opposite the railway station of Grenoble, this new residence is in the heart of the city. It is ideally located and easily accessible. It is only 1.5 km from the Parc Valérien Perrin. The bus station is only around 100 m away and shopping venues are some 5 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Grenoble-Isere Airport (Saint-Geoirs) is approximately 50 km away from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 5 apartments and 63 studios, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a car hire service, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine, a banquet hall and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested.
