Situated opposite the railway station of Grenoble, this new residence is in the heart of the city. It is ideally located and easily accessible. It is only 1.5 km from the Parc Valérien Perrin. The bus station is only around 100 m away and shopping venues are some 5 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Grenoble-Isere Airport (Saint-Geoirs) is approximately 50 km away from the establishment.

one month to get the deposit back

So quiet! So comfortable!
Great location, clean and comfortable room. I was amazed at how quiet it is -- no street noise even though it's across the street from the train station, and no noise from the hallway. Staff is very friendly. I only stayed for a couple of days. I imagine it would be a bit of a challenge for a longer stay, given the very minimal food prep items available and lack of a freezer. Great short trip to Grenoble.
This Hotel has the great location with the Grenoble Gare just across the street which make our trip to and from Paris are very convenient. The room was fairly small but clean enough. The staffs are very nice and very accommodating which I really appreciate them. I had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was very quiet. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the cable car in Grenoble.
