Very dirty and disgusting place. Very incompetent management. The staff is incompetent and violent and will cause you problems. The rooms, corridors, toilets and curtains were dirtty. Extremely unsafe and dangerous. Terrible experience. I do not reccomend at all. Great location next to the train/bus terminal, as a base to explore the city, hike up the Bastille and some bus/day trips. Room was clean and quiet. Very, very bad service. The first day I arrived, the receptionist was super serious, she never told me anything about the place, she just gave me the key to the room. When I went to the room I realized that the bed was dirty, blood stains on the mattress, pieces of potatoes, packages of candy, the bathroom door fell and did not close, I had to use a lot of force to close it, and in addition to the… Very, very bad service.
