Pretty antique hotel that could use some updating

We stayed here for one night because we had an early train to catch in Grenoble. The room was fine. The view and balcony were wonderful, and the front desk staff were very helpful. We needed a base in centre of Grenoble for a family event. Front of house team accommodated our changing needs superbly, with clear communication and check-back to ensure all was correct. THE best hotel and staff in Grenoble. A massive thank you to Wendy, Erwan, Justin, Camille and France for the incredible support and kindness they showed in April.
