The indifference of the staff was extraordinary. An absolutely appalling experience. We arrived at 4pm after a 4 hour drive to the hotel in the middle of nowhere. On arrival, we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that they would not serve us any food, not just at that moment, but at any point during the evening while the restaurant was open.And when I say nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. They categorically refused to serve us… An absolutely appalling experience. We arrived at 4pm after a 4 hour drive to the hotel in the middle of nowhere.
