First, the hotel staff were uncooperative and did not support the hotel residents with any complaints. The breakfast options were very limited, with not many choices available. We stayed in at THE ORIGINALS Hotel Saint-Martin-d'Hères for several days and were very satisfied with our experience.The room was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect - it's right next to the tram stop, so we could easily get to the University in just 4 minutes. I slept here for a total of 28 nights from May to June and the experience was very pleasant. The staff is ver accommodating for an apartment-hotel property, whatever you need whether it is a heater or fan the reception will be willing to help you. Amazing staff and customer service! This is a nice new hotel. The professional staff are so friendly when coming in after a long day of business. My 73 year old mother traveled with me and the hotel had one elevator down while we were onsite.
