Location

This hotel is located in the resort of Isola 2000, one of the most renowned resorts of the Southern Alps. It offers 120 km of tracks from 2000 m to 2600 m and, thanks to its location, the site provides optimal conditions for guests: Mediterranean sun and snow skiing. Many activities are offered at the ski station, such as heli-skiing in Italy, quad-biking and ice driving. The property lies about 90 km from Nice and 91 km from Nice Airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 10 single rooms and 40 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge).

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and individually adjustable heating ensures just the right temperature. Guests have mountain view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms.     The residence is ideally located for ski-in ski-out and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. The residence itself is not a 4 star hotel but amenities are more than suitable for a skiing vacation. Breakfast was great and personnel was very attentive to our needs.

    This hotel has a perfect location directly on the slopes and adjacent to car park 2 and the ski pass office. Fantastic breakfast with a Hugh choice of hot and cold items. The room is functional with a mini kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher etc. Tip: bring some dishwasher tablets and a Tea Towel. There is also a plunge pool and Sauna. The staff are very friendly and speak English. We plan to come back again for another top ski trip.     The staff was very responsive and helpful when I had trouble arriving at the hotel, which I really appreciated. The room and facilities were clean and well-organized, and I was especially glad to find useful cleaning supplies like a deck brush and dishwashing kit available in the room.Overall, I had a great experience. Breakfast was lovely too. As we follow strict dietary guidelines advised by our doctor, I’d be even more grateful if there were more gluten-free options available at breakfast.Very satisfied with the stay, thank you!

    Excellent quality and exceptional personnel. I am staying in this hotel for several seasons. The only regret this time was the behavior os certain guests from Serbia and Russia, who treated everyone like servants or lower kinds and started several quarrels both with employees and other guests. I feel sorry for the personnel to have to stay calm and polite with this kind of people.
