Last minute ski holiday at a lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a great location. Great food and plenty of choices. Clean, comfortable bedrooms with lovely views. Staff very helpful and friendly. Disappointing
We were really looking forward to our stay, especially since it was for a celebration, and we did our best to ensure everything would go smoothly. I made the reservation directly through the hotel’s website and added special requests: a “baby set” for our infant, a room on a higher floor, and, if possible, a nice view to make the occasion even more special. This hotel is a rip-off! We paid a fortune for the all inclusive package, but the food was terrible and barely eatable. The free bar was a joke, as they only offered cheap drinks and no service. We had to wait for ages to get a glass of water, let alone a cocktail. The worst part was when we found a rat in our room, running around and nibbling on our belongings.
