We stayed at the Rocky Pop for 3 nights over UTMB weekend, check in was smooth and the local transport cards are great giving you free train travel or reduced bus travel ( 3 days bus travel 6 Euros) .the atmosphere in the hotel was great , lots of social areas for adults and kids both inside and out and the outside areas have fantastic views.we had a triple room over 2 floors which was great lots… We stayed at the Rocky Pop for 3 nights over UTMB weekend, check in was smooth and the local transport cards are great giving you free train travel or reduced bus travel ( 3 days bus travel 6 Euros) .the atmosphere in the hotel was great , lots of social areas…

RockyPop has a very distinctive and enjoyable ski-lodge atmosphere. Our room had an unusual split-level arrangement, with the double bed a few steps up and a single bed a few steps down. We spent our first night in Rocky Pop before we began the TMB. It was a great start! Loved the free bubbly water in the lobby. The dining room had some pretty good food and the back deck area is a great place to relax with a fabulous mountain view! The breakfast was excellent and worth the extra cost. Fab eatery walking distance from our chalet

First of all, we didnt stay as we had our own chalet walking distance away. We did however use the bar and restaurant area to watch the last 2 world cup matches. The Rockypop team set up a huge projector screen and were very accommodating. We tried the burgers, pizza, french fries and many drinks. Nice hotel but beware, they overcharge you!

We booked through hotels.com and hotel charged a deposit at time of booking. We have proof of this. However, day before stay full payment was taken from bank account. Asked for refund of deposit already paid but hotel refused despite evidence shown. Hotels.com confirmed we had overpaid and should receive refund.Emailed hotel again but no reply and now in hands of bank fraud dept.We booked through hotels.com and hotel charged a deposit at time of booking.
