  We (4 people) spent 6 nights in one of Le Grand Panorama II apartments. The apartment was designed for 6 people but my feelings are that 2 are absolute maximum.   Overall, a comfortable apartment and reasonable VFM.We were "upgraded" - from what I don't know, the apartment was big enough for 2, as we had booked, but would be a tight fit for more.You have to be queue to be issued your bedding/towels. You also have to do a deep clean, there is an extensive set of instructions given, at the end of your stay or be charged a substantial fee.   The hotel is easy to find at the top left hand corner of Valmeinier 1800.We went April 2016 and many runs were open but the snow was slushy.It is around a 50 meter walk to join either a small green run to the lift or the shuttle bus into the main area of town. If you have 9am ski lessons you will have to catch the bus into town as you wouldn't want to walk to town with ski boots. As you may have gathered from the reviews in French, there is no housekeeping here, and you will be charged 59 euros per apartment for cleaning at the end of your stay.....or you have to do it yourself, which I found totally bizarre.
