This hotel is very basic, room was not cleaned before we arrived even the dishwasher was full of dirty pots, and the bathroom mirror was covered in water marks/toothpaste. Bed very uncomfortable, rubbish pillows. Sofa had stains and what looked like mould. Light fitting/shade in bedroom was hanging loose with wires showing. Noise from in corridoor was very loud. A few weeks ago I read a review titled “pathetic pile of poo.” From this moment I was worried… where do I even begin me and 4 friends stayed last week and it really was just a shambles. From having to rent towels and bedding to having to collect the keys from a 15 min walk away ? In total I have phoned the office 37 times and they never picked up. Never anyone at reception. Terrible service, promised free WI-FI which is a lie. Charge for everything, including towels. No cleaning products given but expected to clean and leave the place immaculate as they have no cleaners. Duvets do not exist, only dirty blankets. Only disposable bed sheets for single beds even for double beds. Pictures make this sh*thole look much better than it is. Charged… Never anyone at reception. I left the residence more than 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to get my deposit of 300 euros back. They hardly ever reply to emails and they guy at the reception didn't know how to replace the paper roll in the pos when I was asked to pay the depost.
