    Hello,I take good rating of your answer, but I would like to maintain my opinion, which I will not withdraw under any circumstances.The check-in link was sent to me by you and not by a Third party provider. This link gave me two options for paying the tourist tax: online or on site. I chose to pay for it when I arrived, which was confirmed to me by validation feedback.At no time was it made clear to me that this option was impossible or that I was not dependent on your management. If that had been the case, I would of course have made my arrangements. The validation of my check-in has been accepted via your interface, so it is inconsistent to question this now.I regret that you seek to deflect responsibility rather than acknowledge a problem in your communication or organisation.Sincerely, Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr.
