95 rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to slopes and equipment hire. It is a very gentle slope down to the main lifts. The room was clean, warm and the bed comfortable. (Linked twin). Stayed here in February 2026 with family and friends for the most epic week of the season: a week of blue skies and sunshine after two weeks of heavy snow. Travelled with my partner son and girlfriend, had a fab week here, food was plentiful and varied with a special every evening served by the chef.Position is fabulous right on the piste via a walkway from the boot room. A soulless hotel that is happy to serve cold food for dinner every night. I even reported this to the restaurant manager on the first night but it was the same for the whole week.
