Very good value for money and don't be put off by first appearances.
To be fair to the hotel, you need to look at the price point, which is quite low. From the outside, it looks rundown, but inside the main common areas and the bedrooms have had a serious refurb. In the rooms, it is not all super high-end, but they are clean and have good quality furniture. The rooms have aircon, which works well. Good sleep and delicious pastries
This was a nice stop over on our way to Italy. The room was basic but contained everything needed and had a comfortable bed. Also had a kitchenette which could be handy in a longer stay. The hospitality was absolutely lovely. We had a coffee in the breakout area in the evening and a manager arrived with a plate of the most delicious pastries for us. Exactly what we needed!
The hotel was easy to find, check in was easy and it was an easy walk to the center of town. This was the first of 6 hotels in our trip and I believe the breakfast at this hotel was the best. Excellent hotel in terms of comfort. Good bed, good bathroom, kitchenette and very quiet. The breakfast area and food selection is good except that no choice of eggs other than boiled.
