We just stayed one night and were very satisfied with our room, quiet and large enough. Efficient and welcoming front desk, swimming pool and free parking. Good location. I had exceptional help and kindness from this hotel. Especially Monsieur Mariaule the Supervisor of Reception regarding some clothes I left behind. A very clean room. Good food. Loud music banging after 2300. Room is shaking from the bass. Called the reception and nothing has changed. We had a small kid, paying a premium price for a 4 star hotel and what you get is student dormitory level service......simply a joke!!!Loud music banging after 2300. Room is shaking from the bass. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two boys aged 10 and 12) at Hotel Saint Charles in one of their apartment-style lodges, and it was fantastic.Our lodge consisted of: • A bunk bedroom (perfect for the boys) • A king bedroom with TV • Separate toilet • Separate shower room • Lounge/dining area • KitchenetteEverything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained.
