DO NOT STAY HERE!The staff were rude, cold, and unfriendly from the moment we arrived.Our room had no windows at all, which is crazy for a hotel in Chamonix. There was also no AC, so all we had were portable fans blowing around moldy, stale-smelling air. It was miserable.The hotel is already expensive, and then they charge extra for breakfast. Chamonix warmest and friendliest accommodations
Super lovely experience, I arrived in late and was greeted with a pleasant smile from Marianne who was excellent in recommending me hikes for the next day and also some place to see. I was also give a room upgrade for the first time and it really set the tone. Thank you so so much for this it was super clean and affordable.
