Booked a last minute trip with my 13 year old daughter for the last week of the ski season. This hotel was wonderful! It’s nicely located just down from the main village of Avoriaz. It’s easy get to the three main chairlifts and there is a ski shop directly opposite. The staff at the hotel are all really welcoming and friendly. We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the French Alps. I am not sure who awards hotels their stars, but I think 4 stars is a bit generous... The staff on the front desk are absolutely charming and cannot do enough to help. The location is excellent, truly ski-in and out. The ski shop opposite are first class as well and the staff super friendly. However, there were several drawbacks that were disappointing.
