Every year we visit Megève for its excellent skiing and, since the opening of your establishment, we have regularly come for your chocolate. However, this time we were disappointed by the changes in the layout of the space. The unsuitable tables placed in front of the beautiful wooden display, as well as the misplaced stools under the elegant antique oval table, clearly damage the atmosphere. 5 night stay in this Wonderful Hotel. Fantastic location. Rooms were lovely. Got to enjoy the spa area every day after skiing which was impeccably clean and a real bonus to have this facility.Breakfast - food and service were great. Nice Hotel but Not a 5 Star Experience
The hotel room and grounds are very nice and spacious. We liked the spa and the jacuzzi was hotter than many in other Alpine resorts. The rooms were very clean.The concierge service was not at all worthy of a 5 star hotel. I’ve skied France before and we were in Paris a week before we stayed here.
