Unfortunately NOT value for money, because of the poor cleaning facilities. You have to demand cleaning and when cleaning finally comes , the same used feet towels were hunged in the place of face towels. You have to go to the reception to give your used towels to take new ones … We stayed 5 days and they never changed any sheet. Food and breakfast was OK and the location was good. Enjoyable holiday in Serre Chevalier!
We had a lovely holiday at Alpes Azur. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. Pool/spa area was lovely. Free bus to the ski lifts in the morning, lunchtime and end of day were great especially as the hotel is a bit far from the main lifts, but even without the hotel bus, it was easy and cheap to get the Ligne 6 into La Salle des Alpes for the gondola/lifts. Great value, fully French experience
This is our second year here. Both times we have enjoyed the truly French nature of the hotel, with a great french style buffet and friendly staff. Pool (a bit cold!) and steam room are a great hit. Very few English people in the hotel - but that is part of the charm! Car helps but ski bus is perfectly fine if you don't have one. Disappointed
The food was very basic and lacked flavour, and there was a lot of young kids running around the place creating lots of noise. The beds were uncomfortable with a singular pillow. The room keys didn’t work a few times. However the bar area is nice but can be overshadowed by games being played every night when some people would prefer to have a social drink. I am really disappointed with communication of this hotel. I have made a reservation via Booking.com in October 2017 and after that I was trying contact the hotel to confirm my booking.
