Stayed for a week with family & friends through Ski Crystal. Had read mixed reviews & was a bit concerned. However, overall this hotel was very good. Good points: clean throughout, lovely, large lounge area in reception away from the children’s entertainment in the bar, toilets in reception were immaculate ( very useful as we had 5 adults in a family ‘apartment’ sharing one bathroom), beds… Stayed for a week with family & friends through Ski Crystal. Friendly and Comfortable Hotel

This is a really friendly hotel and all the staff are welcoming and helpful. The animation team are excellent. We really enjoyed the shows they put on in the evenings. They worked so hard to produce fantastic dance routines. Aurel, the main dancer is so talented. He has a natural rhythm and he is a joy to watch. Affordable and Good Value Ski Hotel

Stayed at this hotel on a half board basis, with my adult son for an early season ski trip from Dec 13th to 20th.The room was basic and dated, but clean, with adequate storage space for 2 people and comfortable beds. The shower cubicle was a tight squeeze even for a small adult (I’m 173cm & 70kg), however there was always hot water available.
