Very bad experience
Very disappointing stay. When we arrived, we didn’t receive the room we booked and the staff didn’t even apologize just said we’d get another room the next day. The hot water in the shower barely worked.The next day we had to pack everything again and move rooms, and after unpacking we discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. Fantastic hotel in every aspect
Fantastic hotel, literally at the side of the beginners area and Bollin lift, brilliant ski In and ski out, lovely spacious locker room with onsite rental shop.Rooms lovely large clean and warm. Great, but could be better
The hotel has been renovated, and whenever I spoke with some of the staff, the interactions were great. The gym could have more equipment, but it's okay. The pool is nice. The surroundings are very pleasant. The ski room inside the hotel is great, and the ski lockers are individual and have electronic passwords. Would not recommend this hotel for the all inclusive. Awful
Ok hotel in a ok position, but the whole all inclusive package was a joke. Far too busy and they can’t replenish the food and glasses. Jugs for water. Coffee cups quick etc etc quick enough. The food was often cold. It was quite disjointed. For example you had a bread table and then you would have to walk up the other end to get the butter.
