DECADENT PLACE, DON’T STAY THERE!

Horrible, depressing, overpriced place! It can’t even be called a hotel! It’s a bed and breakfast, not a 4 star hotel as it’s advertised. We were there for 7 nights, and were told at check in that our room would only be cleaned ONE time, due to the “hotel” being ecofriendly. Arrived on a wednesday and until sunday no cleaning yet. We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! That said, location is great. Bedrooms are a good size and clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast expensive for a limited buffet. And there should not be a charge for the ‘spa’. It was a small pool, steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working nor were the jets in… This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! The hotel is in the centre of Brides Les Bain, near the bus stop tourist office.It is a big building with modern forniture. My room has been upgraded for free. I had a big room with two balconies.
