Very disappointing stayStayed at Altezza Arc 1800 for 6 nights and it was a huge disappointment. The only positive is the view of the valley.The indoor jacuzzi was dirty most of the time. Drain smell
We were staying on the top floor of this hotel and the smell of drains was constant and overbearing throughout our stay. The smell even made our clothes smell as on our return to England our friend commented on it when were picked up from the airport. We did complain to reception and they gave various excuses but still the problem persisted. Relaxing stay
We have just returned from another fantastic stay at the hotel, having been there in Apr-24. Lots of new faces on the team but the same excellent service and teamwork. Nicely renovated hotel with great service and location!
Excellent ski hotel with almost direct access to the slopes (short walk in the morning, direct access on the way back). Rooms are clean, spacious and nice with good beds and excellent, modern bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had great views.
