Not worth it by any means!

Where to begin? Although the rooms were big for France, there is nothing else positive to write. Room was filthy and pull out bed was broken. I did a video with a time stamp because there are signs everywhere such as if you don't do your dishes, take out trash, turn out the lights, etc. we will be forced to keep your deposit. Our room was not ready by 3 p.m. I speak Canadian French but the staff acted as they did not understand me. They were incredibly rude. We also booked because of the gym but although it had a lifting bar and bench there were no weights.

I had the chance to celebrate my mom’s Birthday at Zénitude Hotel Residence in their corporate center and it was a delightful moment. We received a great and warm welcoming from Babeth who really worked hard and brilliantly catered to our needs and budget to craft an excellent proposal. The room was great, installation according to the proposal, the sound excellent and the menu made of fresh quality ingredients and in good portion (special note to the chef for taking care of our 2 vegans guests). The service was also top-notch, but Babeth made it clearly easy and as convenient as possible for us. I don’t know about the room, but will definitely go to the event center again. Flexible and very helpful the entire team was really involved and were part of the success of our event. Thank you.

The worst hotel I've ever been

The room was dirty and not ready on time. The hotel was generally stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. At breakfast, despite not being very busy, it was difficult to find a cleaned table. A deposit of 200€ had to be paid at the beginning of the stay. To get it back, you had to clean the kitchenette and take out the trash. I have never encountered anything like this in a hotel. At checkout, there was a problem with issuing the invoice, which I still haven't received. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Too many issues, not a pleasant stay

After several stays here that were ok even if the rooms need refreshed, this time I really felt the place is going downhill. My room smelled strongly of mould from the kitchenette unit all the time, and quite frankly the stench that came up from the drains on my last night was disgusting. I told reception when I checked out and the person didn’t seem to care one bit. There was no hairdryer in my room and when I went to ask for one, it was not given graciously. Same when my key didn’t work.

Unprofessional no Responsibilities

I had a very quick trip just 3 days , everything in beginning was good. They ask me about deposit 200e, i gave them and they gave m back a receipt, the last day i let them know that i should check out 5.30am because of my flight. At the check out time i gave them the receipt to give back my money and the young guy was looking the envelop and few minutes after said us that they dont have my MONEY, and wasnt HIS FAULT, so what do they expect? I asked kindly to call his manager,( i had a stress dont miss the flight) and he replied that the have somewhere the money but he doesnt have the key...i tried to stay calm...i called the police, and the officer shout to me to speak French...everyone pissed me off i went again in reception i lost my control and i start to shout to him to give my F*** money now!! he gave me 180.after couple of days i sent them e mail with my i ban and obviously no Answer.if this company has someone who really cares about customer experience please contact with me and give my money Back please... i put 2/5 because i caught the flight, and the Junior room was nice to be honest. I dont recommend it too much stress.
