I was not over impressed with my stay here. I booked it through Experian as it said the hotel has parking. It doesn't. There is a car park outside, however the night I stayed it was closed for a market the following day. The rooms are very dated.There are a couple of good bars a short distance also restaurants. Great, central location right underneath the UNESCO World Heritage belltower in town. Staff was friendly, and a restaurant within the hotel was convenient. Room was comfortable and the coffee/tea kettle in-room was appreciated. We stayed over night on route from Calais to Belgium. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed as we recall from a previous visit how good the food was. However, with the market taking place on the square outside we were able to find something to eat there. Lovely location in the citadel of Gravelines at 10 minutes from the Dunkirk Ferry. Very friendly staff, late check-in till 00. Room small but clean and not noisy. Good variety at breakfast.
