Good experience

The receptionist Rose made all the difference to our positive experience.Firstly, it is not easy to see how to get into the indoor railway parking, however she really helped and we managed to park ok. They have a deal and you get 50% of. 13 euro for 2 nights parking. Rose gave me the option of 2 available rooms, this in… We booked this hotel last minute and I’m glad we ignored the negative reviews. Smart hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms with super comfy bed and pillows. I always rate hotels on the quality of the shower - this was very good. 10 minutes walk from city centre and just across the road from the tram stop and Gare.Smart hotel with friendly staff.
