We stayed here as part of a hiking trip The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was on the lower level, with a short set of stairs to a wonderful pool. The room was very comfortable with a great view across the bay. The bath was large with plenty of vanity space. The very best part of the hotel was the staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk at our arrival. The staff (Stephanie, Agathe, Guenael, Rosa, Maude etc...) is beyond caring, professional and nice. Every single detail is taken care of, rooms are stunning and spotless. We stayed 3 nights and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is an old gigantic wine vat that have been beautifully transformed into an hotel with amazing views over the gulf of Propriano. The staff is very welcoming and you feel more in friends' home than in a hotel. The hotel has recently opened and the signage limited and it took us a while to find it.
