The last night I stayed at the hotel I just walked outside to see how cold it was, and was locked out of the hotel. The person in charge of the night shift has been sleeping on the job. Before my ride came I was outside for 45 minutes and have huge bites all over my body. I have bites from my ears , shoulders, neck, arms legs. I booked a "Studio" at the Hotel Fesch & Spa , but the accommodation provided was not only in another building, but it was of a much lower standard with nothing in common with the hotel facilities advertised. The reception staff did not provide any assistance and offered no alternative room, refund or compensation. When we arrived the AC was not working in our room. Temp was at 27 degrees. Front desk assured us someone would correct it as we went out for dinner. Didn't happen. Horrible night of sleep. Check out early the next morning. We received no discount and was charged for the second night as well. Amazing Rooftop Bar with a great view and even better cocktails. The staff is friendly upbeat and service with a smile. The live music was a wonderful surprise as well.
