For some reason it's hard to find the 'right' version that offers the traditional rich flavour, even in France. We enjoyed one of the finest sea food meals ever set against the beauty of the coast and bay. The lobster was grilled to perfection and the initial preparation done expertly by the waiter. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which had oodles of space and a great terrace area overlooking the sea. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant as had self catering facilities in the apartment (which were limited but ok). The staff were extremely welcoming.
