Dated, shabby hotel near fantastic beach
The hotel really needs updating, dirty carpets and walls inside feels like a hostel, not a nice arrival to be honest. Our window faced what looked like a caravan park and felt a bit sketchy. The hotel was air conditioned though, the front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. The best bit was the beach opposite, though you have to travel through a creepy underpass to get to it. I stayed in this hotel for a very brief weekend. The receptionist and the staff is very kind and helpful , however, I would never say that this hotel is a 4 star. Very convenient for an early departure or late arrival, nice pool, good restaurant and an excellent service, especially the staff at the reception.There was a music festival somewhere not far from the hotel the night I stayed there and as I needed to go to sleep early I asked to be moved to a quieter room, which was done quickly and without any problem. Unacceptable
Poor service, the hotel charged extra fees without informing you on your booking, the extra fees is for double beds room and they treated you like cheating for your reservation. They did several mistakes on the receipt on the extra fees and you have feeling that you are ripped off.
