Hotel in poor condition. Not worth the 5 star rating. No English speaker at arrival. Room ok but very strange and not confortable flip flops that you have to wair when going to the spa. No more warm water in the shower of the spa before closure time, only cold tea available in the spa. Restaurant very poor : emilsified meat burger (for 24€) and we asked for mayonnaise with the cold fries but this… Hotel in poor condition. Not worth the 5 star rating. No English speaker at arrival. Went for a massage in the spa, not a hotel guessed and feel like it's overpriced. The staff were lovley but the facilities are a little tired and not big enough for the number of people. Multiple toilets were out of order including the only ladies on the floor of the pools and saunas so you had to go down stairs back to the changing rooms to find a loo.
