    Find somewhere different. Great location disappointing hitel

    Terrible. Chaotic. At breakfast they ran out of croissants bread and coffee! In a french hotel. Piped music is played all night in the courtyard so you cant sleep with the balcony doors open. Staff seemed lost and out of their depth.

    Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable with coffee machines and balconies. Ours had spectacular view to the river and the castle. The buffets had excellent choices. Quiet area and the hotel had a spa, although we did not have time to use it.

    Hotel location is amazing with picture postcard view of the castle. Unfortunately the room's balcony has covered in pigeon excrement, which could have been easily swept aside. Furthermore the balcony had rats on it which rather interrupted our evening!The room was perfectly fine, however the bed was dreadful. It felt a bit like sleeping on concave chicken wire.Breakfast was a good spread as buffets go. Worth having the good coffee in the room though as the coffee at breakfast was impressively bad.

    Beautiful hotel within 10 min of the Cité, beautiful gardens and amazing views of the Aude River, the bridge and the castle.

    Good location Many tour groups Rooms not cleaned regularly Sink did not drain and was not fixed despite numerous complaints The shower did not work properly and not fixed despite complaints it was overbooked and they ran out of breakfast items we had a sofa bed in our room that was open We did not need it (only 2 people) They would not fold it to make more room The tubs are hazardous for senior citizens Deep and narrow with no safety grab bar Accident waiting for a place to happen There are only 3 walk in showers at the hotel They were booked Seem to be short staffed
