  Nice hotel but small rooms and difficult to get around. Breakfast was individually served with limited choice but adequate. Nice pool to relax beside.   Amazing little hotel, exceeded expectations, extremely clean, staff are very attentive and friendly, they do a wonderful job. Great location for visiting the Medieval City, Hugo on reception was excellent and went above and beyond to take care of us on arrival. Thanks Hugo for a memorable stay, we appreciate such good service.   This is a very nice hotel. The very pretty young woman on reception is very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble, and always with a lovely smile. The room was small (and a little warm) but we were in Carcassonne for Christmas, the market, La Cite, La Barbacane, Narbonne & Les Grands Buffets, so it was to sleep in. Breakfast was fantastic.   Hotel was really nice , clean and friendly staff. We walked there in 25 mins from train station and a taxi to airport was €20.Location is ideal for exploring the old and the new town. The couple of minor downsides were the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room and the ridiculous cost of the breakfast. We only had it one day and although it was all nice produce just underwhelming for the price.Hotel was really nice , clean and friendly staff.
