Awful staff
My colleague upon check outs room was barged into, she was verbally abused and wasn’t fully dressed. Yet the male member of staff continued to raise his voice, continued to walked into to the room and invade her privacy. It was Appalling. Unsanitary and Unacceptable Room Hygiene and Customer Service
After I checked in, I found urine stains on the mattress, plus what appeared to be feces stains, dirt and crumbs. I reported it to the front‑desk agent (blonde hair, black glasses – Katia). She said the hotel does not clean mattresses, that all rooms are the same, and that they only change the sheets. Average property but very good location. Bus stop is less than a 5 min walk and if only takes about 20 mins to get to the beach. Very cheap bus fares. Property is close by (again not even a 5 min walk) to convenience shops, bakeries, butchers, fish mongers which is nice as we made use of the cooking facilities in the apartment. Receptionist (old male) very rude, no complementary water in the room, luckily the manager still tried to make things up but it won't change anything if they keep a misbehaving/misconduct employee. What a pleasant Surprise
Great value for money hotel in a good location from centre of Le Cannet the price we paid was incredible for what you get so much better than the likes of Ibis etc. We needed 2 cheap nights but we didn’t experience a cheap stay in the slightest, the hotel was lovely clean and modern looking. The room was ideal equipped with a fridge and microwave which is a bonus.
