  This apartment building is located on a lovely pedestrian shopping , dining street, Only two blocks from the sea . Check in can be a little challenging because of the location and being unable to drive on the street.   Visited the place just for a day with my family. Superclean, very well maintanaced,organized, quiet, walking distance from the city center.Very polite and helpful reception lady.Too bad we couldnt stay for a week.Visited the place just for a day with my family.   It's the worst experience I've ever had. They will charge you for every thing .They made me pay 17 € just to make my room ,They don't change the towels no champou no water,the reception close at 19h after that you have nobody to talk tooIt's the worst experience I've ever had.   Pros: Location: 30 min. walk to the Croisette and the area is very quite. Easy parking on the road. the apartment is of a good size, clean and confortableCons:Before checking out you have to do the washing up and some cleaning but they don't put any product or cloth. You are also request to take the rubbish in the lower ground floor which I reached by elevator.
