This charming boutique hotel is very welcoming, friendly, updated & clean. We had a lovely view of the garden & pool. Breakfast was included in our stay which offered a large selection of items. This boutique hotel is located at the opposite end of the croisette from the convention centre, close to the beach. There is some noise from trains but really didnt bother us at all.You can tell it is a boutique hotel by the little touches and staffing and it is really really lovely.Myself and my daughter are celebrating her 18th birthday and they gave us a lovely room with a terrace.Highly recomm… This boutique hotel is located at the opposite end of the croisette from the convention centre, close to the beach. My family and I came from the US and stayed at La Villa Cannes Croisette for 4 nights in two comfort rooms (they are small but can accommodate 2 people and luggage). Had a 1st floor garden view room, very nice sized room, very comfy bed, very smart modern bathroom, clean room, bathroom and hotel. Great staff especially the wonderful helpful Marina. Lovely little hotel at the beginning of the Croisette, within a minute to the beach. I got an upgrade to a room with a terrace that lead right to the swimming pool. I was also very lucky to find a parking space right in front. But what absolutely overwhelmed me was the friendliness of the staff.
