The staff at this hotel is beyond belief, they go over and above whatever is necessary to help their guests. There is Alex the Absolute Awesome miracle worker; Chloe the Caring & Concerned; Nathan the Nicest young man ever; Ama’lie the Very Helpful; and, Mirana the one who guides the amazing crew she has put together. We stayed here as our flight back to UK was cancelled. This is a great little hotel with good breakfast options and a good location. About 1.3miles to the port.Our flight was cancelled and we needed some help Stefan on reception was super helpful and very kind ! I honestly can say nothing even if this I s a low budget hotel . Room was reasonable for the price. Breakfast was fresh and over all it's very well located . Staff were very nice and helpful . We have booked this hotel last minute. We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was awful experience. After first night we wanted to leave but there were no available hotels in Cannes. The hotel is very far from the Croisette about 30mins walk. The area around the hotel is awful and dangerous. The room was so small that our clothes could not fit. WiFi did not work.
