Fik et værelse op under taget, 5 sal, ingen vinduer i badeværelse som kunne åbnes, morgenmad blev henvist vist til et andet hotel 250m væk, elevator kun til 4 sal, derefter en lille trappe op. Ingen brandtrappe eller exit. The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station and a few minutes walk to the beach. Neighbourhoods near train stations in France a somewhat rough. The hotel is definitely not 4*. It’s a basic 3*. Very tired looking and dirty carpets in the staircases. The rooms very basic. One of the worst "4 Star" Hotels I have ever stayed at.

Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially during the Cannes Film Festival.We paid a substantial premium rate for a 6-night stay at Crisol Belle Epoque, a property listed as a 4-star hotel, and the experience fell dramatically below even the most basic hospitality standards one should expect at that level.Over the course of six nights, our room was only serviced TWICE. Brilliant location, lovely staff, good rooms.

We visited for ~10 days (after it became a Sonder hotel by Marriott). Good hotel with kind staff. Very very good location with a beautiful pedestrian area with lots of restaurants, and immersed into the centre of Cannes shopping and beach district. Having said this, if you often go to 4 star or more upscale hotels, you might be a little underwhelmed. It’s missing a fair amount of the luxuries, and… We visited for ~10 days (after it became a Sonder hotel by Marriott). Good hotel with kind staff. Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal – just a 2 minute walk from the train station and a short stroll to the beach and lots of great restaurants.The staff were amazing - a big thank you to Zack, Emma, Edith and one more lovely team member whose name I unfortunately forgot (so sorry!).
